Singapore Mental Health Film Festival 2019 | WORKSHOP: Mindfulness for Our Busy Digital Age
Mindfulness for our Busy Digital Age by Bjorn Lee — MindFi
Mention "mindfulness" and many think of a sit-down practice that requires carving out time in busy schedules. What many don't know is that the formal sitting practice has an informal twin that is friendlier to our hectic lifestyles.
In this session led by Bjorn Lee, the founder of Asia's leading mindfulness app MindFi, learn why and how you can be mindful during daily activities such as eating, commuting or even working. Pick up practical exercises, as short as one breath, that you can apply instantly to your life.

It was developed in 2017 by technology executive Bjorn Lee with the vision of helping people be mindful anytime for a more productive and calmer life. Unlike traditional meditation apps, MindFi focuses on delivering a personalized in-app experience with informal mindfulness practices that integrates into a user’s everyday routines. MindFi is advised by well-renowned global mindfulness teachers and researchers.
